USPS tracking says my package was delivered to a parcel locker. How do I find/access the parcel locker?Updated 8 months ago
If your regular USPS mail (letters) is delivered to a community mailbox (a centralized unit of individually locked compartments for the delivery and collection of mail also referred to as a Cluster Box Unit (CBU), then your packages may be delivered to a "parcel locker." A key will be left in your locked mailbox to be used as a parcel locker key. This key has a tag that indicates the parcel locker that contains the item.
