1. If you buy something and change your mind or inadvertently bought the wrong thing, in other words, your fault - we'll take it back less shipping costs and a restocking fee as low as 10% if the item is in its new original condition (maybe more based on item and packaging condition).
2. If it's an electrical item like an ECU, tuner, headlight, switch, or other such component, our official policy is no refunds or returns. However, we will work with you if it's determined to be 'bad out of the box', and there may be special circumstances or issues that supersede this policy. Reach out to us. We're reasonable and flexible and will work with you.
3. If we sent the wrong part or it was defective, you're entitled to a complete refund or exchange and free return shipping. Shoot us an email at [email protected], and we will send you a prepaid return call tag.
